We gave Period Extensions and Designs an unenviable challenge to restore our somewhat decrepit 100 plus year old californian bungalow. Bricks had come loose, internal ceilings walls and floors were shabby, mouldy and collapsing and old lean to verandah was virtually unusable as a living space. As well, outside stucco and other renderings had cracked and fallen off. The good thing about PED’s set up is that they project manage expert tradesmen in every field of building requirements including bricklayers, plasterers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers snd painters. If they don’t have a trade on hand they recommend an expert. The building was expertly repaired and restored in a timely manner to a very high standard and a sunroom, new laundry and ensuite bathroom added as well. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the result. We thoroughly recommend PED them to anyone wanting to renovate an old home.
